Here is a clue. The ordinary (mundane) world is outside and the special (sacred) world is inside. Great content. ;)

I just came across your channel, and I was just looking at the views and I was expecting you to have at least a 100k views, and I was absolutely shocked to find that your channel isn't getting the love it deserves. Your videos are the best videos on the Hero's journey that I've found on KZbin so far. And wow am I lucky to find this summary video just when I needed it. (And it's uploaded only 3 hours ago???). I'll definitely be watching the rest of your videos on the book. Thank you for the amazing content. I hope to see you become huge some day!

Does each story follow this exactly in order? I just watched a movie where I have identified many of the motifs but they did not happen in order like shown here. Also does each story completely go through the cycle or can they end like say after apotheosis?

Not necessarily. It could be that its a more interesting story to see the steps out of order but they are usually there in one way or another.

In the film, No country for old men where is the hero?
@StoryManiac3 жыл бұрын
I haven't seen No Country for Old Men in a very long time but if memory serves I think its the theme that goes through a transformation. So the change isn't personified but abstract. So the abstract concepts explored are the hero to give a direct answer to your question.
