I don't think it's very fair to say that it is only Sam's show. Bucky has lived in the shadow of Captain America first and then Hydra, I think this show helps Bucky become his own person. This is as much Bucky's show as it is Sam's.

I really loved hearing your thoughts about Sam and Isaiah Bradley and how Sam feels like the heart of the show. I would be shocked if we didn't get a scene where he and Isaiah sit down and have a serious talk about everything and I'm really looking forward to that. I think it's going to be a huge turning point for Sam. I'm kind of surprised you guys didn't say anything about Zemo's continuous goading of Bucky in this episode and attempt to force him back into the headspace he was in as the Winter Soldier. I didn't realize how dangerous Zemo could be to Bucky just on a psychological level but I think this episode did a great job of making Zemo just fun and helpful enough to mask some of his clear machinations with regards to Bucky specifically. I wonder if Zemo's endgame is to try to get Bucky to kill himself because he wants him to believe that he isn't capable of change or is Zemo actually going to try to take him out the way he clearly plans to take out the Flag Smashers?

Something that Walker said last episode really bugged me. He said, in the interview with GMA, that Steve had guts (which is what he claimed he also had). But to me, that proved that he didn’t know CA. Cause it wasn’t that Steve had “guts” it was that Steve had heart. And in this episode, I think you can see even more the difference between Wyatt and Steve’s CA, the difference between guts and heart.

To add to the point of "Captain America and the White Wolf", if Bucky is to move on I think that he'll ditch the name "Winter Soldier" because of everything attached to it. Taking up the name White Wolf will allow him to be proud of the title because of the good that comes from it and really wear it like hes a new man. With no one to utter the name "Winter Soldier" it will eventually pass from knowledge and people wouldn't be able to peg him as a bad dude on sight like the night club scene with Zemo, and Sam.

While I'm sure the Wakandans would have *loved* to get custody of Zemo themselves they were probably at least pacified he was sentenced at all. It makes perfect sense they'd be watching him like a hawk in his incarceration - either to make sure he stayed there, or even itching for an excuse to take him to Wakanda (like if he escaped, for instance). And I hope they get him. He's been out a day and has shot an unarmed man in their own place of work in front of our protagonists. He's not a friend or misunderstood in any way: He's Baron Zemo. He's a stone cold murderer with an agenda.

I think another thing to nudge Sam towards being Captain America is how he handles the Flag Smashers. I think he's going to be the first person to show them compassion, and try to bridge the differences they have. Because that's what Captain America needs to be.
