Heroic ICC 25 Clear 11/12 + Normal LK - Tank POV | WOTLK Classic PTR

WoW WOTLK Classic Icecrown Citadel 25-man Heroic PTR session on a Protection Paladin main tank.
The guild shown is Serenity from Faerlina-US Horde.
We cruise through ICC with a semi-balanced, well-prepared comp in order to gain as many good lockouts as possible on live WOTLK Classic. Assignments are done via a spreadsheet and callouts can be heard via comms by our Raid Leader during the encounters. You can watch me make a lot of small mistakes that I learnt from in this PTR session. This video is an excellent demonstration of Heroic boss kills. We down 11 out of 12 heroic ICC bosses before continuing with a Normal mode Lich King kill due to time constraints.

thank you for the vod! Is the Putricide positioning next to the pools so that the golem can keep high dps uptime on boss? is all the dps just with #3? Is boss damaged in the pool?

Putricide gets put near pools for them to be sucked by the Abom driver as quickly as possible, while the abom also damages the boss greatly. Boss doesn't get damaged by pools, but you don't want any around the room unnecessarily, so you may as well strike two birds with one stone.

Hey Cow, i'd like to ask, what's your take on Frost resist on Sindragosa. Just by watching your HP it looked that your amount was enough, but seen having your ardent procced 2x and think you and your Co-tank died as well.

My opinion on FrR on Sindragosa H progression/week 1: Have at least ~60k-65k HP to allow healers margin for error. My HP pool in FrR was ~50k HP, but I was also getting hit by melees very often and died to them too. FrR is really good if you're trying to 1 tank, but not necessary unless you are a feral that is capable of reaching that higher HP pool that will allow you to take 2+ melees without dying from the consecutive hit, if it connects.

Ring of binding and head/back enchants are the best bang for the buck. You don't give up much for that.
