380 g
80 ml lemon juice.
Condensed milk should be high quality, when whipped with lemon juice it should thicken immediately, like in the video.
400 ml whipping cream
If desired, I add 50 g of chocolate biscuits.

I remember back in the seventies when the Tupperware lady used to make a dish using very similar ingredients. Biscuit base either ginger nuts or digestive mixed with butter, condensed milk mixed with lemon then the cream on the top put in fridge to set. Seriously yummy ginger nuts were the best base.

Сгущёнка у меня правильнее некуда, т.к. сама варила из домашнего молока. Но такого стояка, как в ролике, не получилось даже после 10мин. взбивания. Похоже, что в "качественную" на фабрике что-то для густоты всё же добавляют (как крахмал в сахарную пудру, например). То, что получилось, всё же поставила в холодильник. Будем с нетерпением ждать-с результата. :)

Ошибаетесь, на фабрике сгущенку варят только из молока и сахара, но под вакуумом при 60 градусах. Дома ее получить не возможено,если у вас нет вакуумного аппарата.

milk + cream + lemon + buiscits = 4 ingredients. :-) You can also use nuts, raisins and cranberries (instead of lemon) and salty crackers instead of buiscits. Delicious. Salt breaks the sweetnes of the milk. Nuts (especially walnuts) make flavour and a crispi feel. Hmmm 🙂
