● Olive oil

Très belle recette, merci. Perso, je préfère faire cuire mes pommes de terre directement à la poêle dans très peu d'huile d'olive (ou une autre huile) plutôt qu'au four et sans les faire bouillir au préalable. De cette façon, elles restent parfaitement fermes. Au préalable, après les avoir coupées et lavées, je les mets dans un bol où je les mélange avec un peu d'huile d'oilve (ou une autre huile) et un mélange d'épices et/ou de fines herbes sèches (au choix). Ensuite, je les pars dans l'huile d'olive (ou une autre huile) à feu vif pendant environ 3 minutes et en les retournant aux 30 secondes. Ensuite je poursuis la cuisson à feu moyen fort en les retournant à chaque minute, et ce jusqu'à cuisson complète (environ 10 -13 minutes au total). Dans les 3 dernières minutes, je rajoute une noix de beurre (au choix) et de l'ail frais (au choix) pressé au pressoir par moi-même. Une fois bien cuites, je les sale et je les poivre, puis je presse le jus d'un quart de citron (au choix) sur celles-ci. UN PUR DÉLICE !
