Ingredients:
● Seafood - 1 lb
● Salt, Black Pepper
● Onion - 1 pc
● 3 cloves of garlic
● Chili
● Vegetable oil for frying
● Pasta - 0.5 lb
● White wine - 100 ml
● Chopped tomatoes - 300 ml
● Parsley

New Haven Connecticut area. We have a lot of southern Italian immigrants who’s families settled in this area. I use fresh plum tomatoes when ever possible (usually summer) and chop up some anchovies with the onions. Yes! It’s a family favorite thank you. Such grace. 🙏

Sehr lecker! Ich mariniere die meeresfrüchte ca 1 Stunde vor dem Kochen mit Olivenöl Koriandersaat Curry chilli Pfeffer und Zitronensaft. Kein Salz, das erst ca 2 Minuten Minuten nachdem ich die meeresfrüchte zugab. Herrlich! Mindestens ein Mal die Woche. Da ich frische Ware hier kaum bekommen-und bezahlen kann nehme ich tk. Schnell aufgetaut und zack.

This is perfect, exactly what I'm looking for. Simple ingredients, basic cooking, but fresh. No fancy expensive ingredients, but I'm sure one could probably add some. I will buy a frozen paella mix and add some clams in shell. I think the added frozen clams (thawed) will be fine? Also not sure if I saw fish there your pan, but paella mix will have I think. Thx. Will let you know how it tastes.
