I love cottage cheese. Embarrassingly enough- I got a huge tub at Costco and it’s lasted less than a week! You can add them to scrambled eggs for more protein instead of using regular cheese, and you can blend or process it into a cream that can then be used to make Alfredos or sauces dishes 🤌🏼 I also add them into waffles for more protein

We’ve noticed the berries here in Hawaii go bad super fast! I usually wash/clean them and lay them out to try on a paper towel. Then I place a paper towel in whatever container and store them that way. Apparently the paper towel absorbs moisture so it doesn’t go bad as fast, this also works with lettuce!
