This game has a special place in my heart, to be honest. While the main games are these grand adventures with immersive areas and everything else, Hey! Pikmin feels like a little "Dream Den" for me, like a recollection of small moments and things I like about the Pikmin series in general, so I can say there's not a game I don't enjoy in the franchise.

I just picked this up last week and I'm thoroughly enjoying it. I agree with all of the criticisms made here--puzzles a bit too easy and lackluster boss fights in particular. But maybe because I have a New 3DS, I haven't really noticed any framerate issues. Anyway, this game is charming as hell. It's fantastic for sitting and relaxing after work. And I think one point that people don't mention is that it's not always that easy to find all of the treasures. Most of the time, I have to make a second run to find one or more of the them. So I think this game is more about exploration than puzzles. Most of all, it's great for chilling out, and I really like it for that. I think this game is a solid 7 out of 10, and not one bit lower than that!

I really did enjoy Hey Pikmin overall, but I’d be lying if I said it didn’t get tedious after a while. I went for all the collectables, but it’d probably be more enjoyable to not play that way.

A good spin off would be being able to experience the pikmin world through a pikmin's eyes. I liked Hey Pikmin, but we could have gotten a better spin off game.

Well it’s not the best but certainly not the worst game I’ve played as I quite enjoyed the game and sort of a nice send off when the 3DS was nearing its life span. Bring on pikmin 4 ffs

I actually tried the other pikmin games and i didint like them cause it had alot of rpg aspects which i hated plus it wasent really a platformer i defenitly like hey pikmin more then the main series because its kinda like an untraditional platformer just like kirby mass attack which i havent played but want 2
