@@mataph7805 yeah but it was a low bar to begin with, Francis was guaranteed to win after that lot, they audition these people obviously before they go on for real and they probably deliberately put Francis on at the end cos they knew he was the best of a shit bunch, the two man act was terrible, Daryl gave them a chance to get to the point and they just kept dragging on.

@@JohnBloggs-m8l- ROFL. The *whole* idea of that segment is to find the _worst_ acts who want to embarrass themselves on AU national television. . Note that name of the segment is *"Red Faces"* ? It is the complete opposite of a "talent show". The producers find the worst they can, then they perform and the judges score them.

Let's be honest it was a low bar after the first three acts dragged on so badly so he was guaranteed to win, no Shaun in the audience clapping him though, wonder where he was. This has to be the earliest red faces I've ever seen, red wasn't even in the shirt and tie he became known for in the 90s when this segment hit its peak popularity.

@@JohnBloggs-m8l Ironic or iconic ? But yes everything is designed to be cheap and nasty that's the whole idea so we will give up on TV on all traditional entertainment and look to Google for every possible thing so in the future we will be totally 100% reliant on Americans for everything
@JohnBloggs-m8l
@JohnBloggs-m8l 10 ай бұрын
@@James-kv6kb well the idea is to make money from streaming, when people pay for a streaming service there's an instant kickback to the company, when a tv station on old fashioned free to air broadcasting makes a program they rely on ratings from viewers to get money which is alot harder than just making a load of content or buying it for streaming and then making people pay upfront rather than waiting on ratings figures to decide the fate. And yes I meant ironic cos red faces is taking the piss out of talent shows as was the American show it was based on the Gong Show.

@@heyheytvThanks for the reply. Was a bit frustrated as I'd tried so many times and lack of sleep. I guess different people have different set ups. @@johncoops6897 Why are you making a confession on a topic unrelated to you? I'm a computer systems engineer, you're out of your depth buddy. This channel has an unnecessary setting on their videos restricting playback, and they haven't tested it on enough devices to verify it.
@johncoops6897

@@westernfrontproductions - well good for you... Good luck with getting the Channel Owner to change a setting that protects their You Tube content against being embedded into other websites. . If you are such a good "Computer Systems Engineer", then you would know that the first step in solving a problem is to diagnose the problem. Considering that this problem only affects ONE User, we can determine the most likely place that the problem is occurring. . Hence, as even somebody who isn't a "Computer Systems Engineer" could work out... why don't you simply change YOUR system settings, so that you can cast from one device to another without involving a third intermediate website or service? 😉😉
