@@solfeinberg437 I privated over a hundred videos recently, and left a couple up. Changing my page into a media production page. All inspired by watching him and the bartendaz when I was a young boy in Queens, NY. Im 35 now with a wife & 4 kids those days are over for me. I still work out, as hard as always but Ive left the parks about 5 years ago and I've become a gym regular I just don't focus on making gym content anymore. I been living in Florida now for years, where extreme calisthenics is not seen out here and people wonder where I get it all from, when I start doing everything in super slow motion. This isn't bodybuilding dummy, it is calisthenics training. Bodybuilders is all ugly aesthetics, we calisthenics athletes actually have strength and endurance. I have been a gymnastics/calisthenics athlete for almost 2 years. It takes drive, discipline to be at his level.

@@stillnessinmotion81 right. Bodybuilding without weights.
@alexv55815 жыл бұрын
@@stillnessinmotion81 In the fitness world it is common knowledge that the term bodybuilding refers to using heavy weights to increase muscle mass significantly. So I will refer to that definition instead of the actual meaning of the word. In calisthenics we focus on strength,endurance, and complete control over the body. The goal isn't to increase muscle mass/size like bodybuilders do. What I have noticed over the years in my personal experience, is the increase in muscle density and fat loss. I could go and on. I still and will always learn about the human body. There are programs in universities just dedicated in the subject, so it is impossible for me to give every detail on a KZbin comment section.
@K4113B41135 жыл бұрын
@@alexv5581 That common knowledge is honestly pretty stupid since the meaning of the term is literally defined in the term itself. Just because some low iq seagulls on bodybuilding forums start using their own definition doesn't mean you have to as well.

I work in construction on average 8-12 hours a day, 5x a week. I lifrlt heavy shit up and down stairs all day long. I still hit the gym and fuck up these weights 4x a week. Do i miss days here and there? Yes. We all do. But I'm consistent and my body shows that. Fuck the excuses man. You gotta have a strong body as a man. Its not just about health. People treat you better and respect you more. Your social life improves greatly. Women notice you more. Men respect you more. No one is saying to kill yourself at the gym everyday. But at least eat better and ease your way into some light lifting.
