Egyptian kunafa

The Egyptian version of Kunafa is toasted,sweet, crunchy on the top & bottomwith the filling may be{nuts-thick cream-custard-or unsalted cheese}

How much butter and saffron did you use in the kunafa? Thanks from USA :)

EGYFALCON for half kilo of kunafa you will need 2cups of melted butter ..to cover kunafa threads totally ...saffron only tip of small spoon is needed 🌺

Rizan F according to what is your favorite nuts &what is available in your market Here I choose coconut,almond,hazelnut,... Also you can use pistachio ,peanut or pecans But try to keep every thing grinded or cut in small pieces Every nut will enhance special flavor of kunafa
