Thank-you Mr. Panda! My written directions were all in Chinese or some other Asian language and so I had no clue from HFS how to operate this wonderful guillotine. Because of your suggestion I easily slid off the bottom black edgers and could add my feet (which do keep the guillotine from sliding). I easily cut the edgers down just a bit with a kitchen shears and reapplied them. Thanks for suggesting that. Your presentation is friendly, low-key, and informative. thnx.

Yes I love using mine. And I bought because of your first video. I had a couple "duh" moments when starting. I attempted to put my feet on with the black side strip on and was like.... why isn't this working..... haha ... I also was having the issue with the measurements. I just got mine today :) And yes, after watching your demo video 👍 It’s a brilliant cutter, just left black marks on the paper. Will have to go about cleaning the blade before cutting expensive paper 🤭

George, you can get the feet on over the black liner by using a screwdriver to slightly open the feet. It was very simple to get the feet over the black edges that way! ( saw a KZbin video on it) 🤗

I don't why i get duds. Mine came with screws loose and a part broken. The part that keeps it square doesn't have that piece you loosen up. Amazon is so inconsistent.

Oh no, try contacting the manufacturer to see if they can just send you the part instead of trying to send back the whole thing. They are pretty responsive.
