I’m actually really surprised by this. I thought I’d be more into the traditional mech designs from KS but this kit actually looks so great in person. Minimal stickers, some cool gimmicks and the yellow parts that can easily be painted to be metallic. A simple grunt done right imo. Great review as always! Will definitely pick one of these up now.

Thank you so much! I think this and the other grunt suits like the Brady Hound are worth looking forward to. I was really surprised by how much effort was put into this kit by the designers

Good lord, This thing is more similar to the a Wodom then I thought with it's enormous height, That height is like reaching small 1/100 sized kits and You Prasing the foot articulation kinda reminds me how great the old HG Zaku's feet joints are, They are absolutely nuts and can baiscally go anywhere, Shame the rest of the kit didn't follow that amazing articulation but then again it is an early HGUC kit afterall
@HobbyClubhouse3 жыл бұрын
I know exactly what you mean for the Zaku II, the foot can flip all the way to the front of the leg like it's broken You have no idea how hard I resisted the urge to run out and buy a Wodom Pod just to put the torso(?) onto the legs here...

A thought hit me while watching this review-- I'd love to see these designers take a stab at the tripods from War of the Worlds. As for the Bunyip itself, I cant wait to get my hands on one. It scratches that itch for an unorthodox design in the same way the oftmentioned Wodom does. This seems like a great desktop kit; one to have within hands-reach to fiddle around with. Thanks for another fantastic review!
