HGIG reveals highlight details, Dynamic tone mapping looks the same as OFF just brighter. During the night HGIG is perfectly visible, on the recording I forgot to change the exposure sorry. DTM over brightens the night

It's not bright enough, that's for sure. But for the best picture quality, all TVs, regardless of brightness, have to be watched in a completely dark room regardless of time

HGIG Tone Mapping looks exacly like how HDR10+ looks on my TV but HDR10+ also boosts peak nits on highlights and overall image, maybe thats what HGIG is doing also? Hard to see if the image increases contrast and brightness och just contrast on highlights…

HDR10+ is supposed to communicate the TV and supported games so they know the capabilities of the TV and they dynamically tone map(set their Maxcll) accordingly

i am extremely bored of FC games in general but i have to applaud the hdr work on this game just fantastic every game dev that bothers with hdr at all needs to look at this game for reference

I simply put it off on my Samsung q70b QLED and let my seriesX do the basic HDR which looks great. Sadly Samsung TV s don't work properly with HGiG and everytime I turn HGiG on over bright the image to extreme.

You didn’t calibrate the screen with off/dtm on. You calibrated with hgig on. Same would happen if you calibrated with off/dtm and then turned hgig on- it would blow out all the bright details.

No te guíes mucho por los settings del juego esta mal en mi opinión, si lo pones en 2300 HDR pick brightness con hgig vas a ver la diferencia, recuerda que el sol tu no puedes verlo , cuando ya el sol se desaparece ahí paras de aumentar brightness

Es verdad que El sol se ve mejor subiendo el número y en un display que fuese capaz SE vería más realista y no como un círculo pero yo lo medí y subiendo ese número por arriba de 800 le Baja El pick brightness al sol
