Wouldn’t it be great if houses were that affordable everywhere? And it’d be even better if these guys were available everywhere to renovate the cheap houses. 😄

Yes ! $115,000? In Portland Oregon it would be $500.000! Or more.

Something like that in Sydney Aus with that amount of land would be over 1 mil, (850k USD) and would be in worse condition

Smaller houses like this are the best. Cosy and less to clean, heat and cool. Lovely!

I wouldn't consider 2000SF small. I was surprised when she said it was small.

Just gorgeous. What a beautiful little house, I love it. And the color in the kitchen, that green is so pretty. Great job.

Sheer perfection. The colors, the layout, the vibe. The only thing I would change is the dog bowl drawer. It's really not practical as it will constantly get wet and dirty. Also, if the dog closes it, she won't have any water. I was shocked when she said it was small. 2000SF is a really good sized house, especially for one person. I raised 4 kids in a 1600SF home, and we fit just fine. That's a home for entertaining for sure!! Beautiful job, Erin and Ben.

She never miss any renovation ❤ big or small houses Erin make it so confy,cozy,warmer. It never "cold" decor,she does it for her client and not for tv marketing. Simply beautiful tho it's not a European style obviously i still would love a house like that❤

My beautiful Mma loved smaller, petite houses.

I love everything about this house! It’s so adorable. My only suggestion is to replace the window in the mudroom for Daisy. I would make it go all the way to the floor so she can see outside for all those hours that she’s at work. Very healthy for a dog. I would also consider having a doggie door there with a little run so she can come in and out throughout the day. It’s a beautiful thing to consider all the needs of our doggies especially if we work away from home.

It's a lovely transformation, but I'd never close my dog in a small space like that while I'm at work.

I must've missed something... I know this is just a small portion of the actual rennovation & house showing but is there not a doggie door? I mean a big dog like that just staying in that tiny space all day while she's at work??? I can see how a small dog in there with potty pads would work but I'm scratching my head on this one.

It's cruel to close in the dog...it's a closet! I hope the dog owner will change this concept and move the cabinet in to the open living space.🙏

Why does the poor dog need to be shut up in one small room without a window to look out of? Not to mention you're doing away with any security she might provide against burglars - can't do much from her locked up room. That's sad. Feel sorry for her.
@jamgart68805 ай бұрын
There is a window in that room. There’s also a window opposite the Dutch door. That dog is loved and healthy, has a great home and neighbourhood to be walked around. Why tf do you feel sorry for it??? Jeez, there’s no pleasing everyone!

They look so pretty; however, hydrangeas are poisonous to dogs. Make sure your dog never picks up a fallen bloom of any size.
