Hi Phillip. Yes, an employer can plan your run and tell you when to have a break BUT if a driver feels tired he or she can take the break when they feel like they need one. An employer has a duty of care which means that driver's and public health comes first.

And i watch them all the time I would like to kindly ask you On if you have any information on how to find a new class 1 category job with no prior experience I am a new driver with a full uk licence with a cpc and a tacho card. I am ready to start working right this moment in the uk and in Europe. I Speak greek, albanian and i am an intermediate in english.As of now i have already applied on indeed and findajob.dwp.gov.uk but they all want experience. And i want to start a full time category class 1 job, night/day shifts and the distance is not a problem it can be both long and short .
