I've had 2 of them, and that heavy slide Blowback really reduces that recoil. So that weight is very good for a 10mm that has that power punch of a 357

I dont know man. Ive been a diesel mechanic for 15 years. Ive had tons of snap on, cornwell, matco and limited mac. Harbor freight use to royally suck but as of about 5 years ago their icon or even the pittsburg are very nice. 72 tooth ratchets for 30 bucks compared to 200+ for a snap on. I use my pittsburg just as much as my snap on and it works just fine.

I bought the Hi Point 10 mm for 169 dollars. And you know what ? It is crazy accurate and super reliable. I have other more expensive 10 miles but dang it if I'm not impressed. Might just have to pick up the carbine now.

I've got 3 Hi Points. A older C9, a JHP .45, and a 995 9mm carbine. They all run great with any ammo I try. Other people can hate them all they want. As far as the cheaper guns go, they are the best. HiPoint haters ought to try out a Jiminez.

I've had a high point carbine since they were new and have never had a problem. A high point is better than nothing for protection and Justin you ever heard of hidden walls or rooms or panels or bookshelfs or something to hide your guns in especially if your gone from home on vacation. I've worked as a carpenter and you wouldn't believe the hidden rooms and floor panels I've seen. Unless someone knows you if they come in to your home if your guns are hidden they will never find them build yourself something and don't tell knowone!

There are alot of people out there who prefer a Smith and Wesson over a Glock. Then there are alot of gunshops who will tell you they have alot more Glocks come in for repair than HiPoints because HiPoints never come in for repair. Could have something to do with the lifetime warranty.

High point wasn't my first gun but it was my first semi auto, was gifted a jhp .45 and loved it, went bang everytime, accurate and ate anything, so what if it's big, I called mine the robocop gun, lol only learned I was supposed to hate it from the net, got my dream handgun ( 1911-A1) so I stopped using it and lent it to my brother when he needed something living in an unsavory place he kept it for 2 years and sold it ( forgetting he was supposed to give it back when done) so have thought many times about getting another of some sort, now I'm adding handguns to the armory to even up the handgun to long guns ratio, and I don't have anything in 10mm so I'm seriously think about getting a high point once again. And it'll get the same love my Springfield 1911 or taurus. 357 mag or G2c gets.
