Just got one. One key thing with them is seasoning it when new!! I took my time and combined different methods. But no one or Blackstone ever mentioned… the bottom side of the griddle. I have noticed several of my friends rusting on the bottom side. I used a paint brush with olive oil and coated mine. Now no rust so far. I will flip it over and coat it again from time to time. And that is the Gilbert pro tip.
