Today we Elucidate the deeds of the penitent Sagyar Mazan: Hibou Khan.
Born on Holy Terra and serving with distinction within the 5th Legion's Brotherhood of the Dawn Sky, Hibou was demoted from the rank of Khan following the defection of White Scars elements during the Horus Heresy.
Undertaking an oath to atone for his prior sins, Hibou and his men fought to absolve themselves in the eyes of the Warhawk by aiding the Shattered Legion survivors of the Iron Hands as they harried the forces of the Traitor Rebellion.

The Great Khan handled his traitor sons the best out of any of his brothers, just "You disappoint me. Would you rather die with that disappointment or do something about it?". Any other legion Hibou would have never had the chance to redeem himself.

To be fair unlike most other Legions they didn't know who the Khan would support so it wasn't a betrayal of their Primarch. So Khan could be more forgiving that way. Then the traitor DA (or at least the ones who knew about it) did so they actively wanted to betray the Lion.

@@KingLich451 Like they said, the Khan gave them a choice. Only those who had swore an oath to the traitors and didn't want to ever break an oath chose death.

Hibou unlike many of the traitors within the Horus Heresy was able to find redemption in his death and he many others within the White Scars found it in the twilight days of the Heresy.

Can you please do an Aeldari month! I don't know how you might justify it as you do interesting narratives to justify your content. But I think it'd be nice to see you do thr Aeldari justice.
