I think the one thing I dislike about your no-bake cheesecakes, is that you use gelatin in all of them. While it may create a nice esthetic appearance, gelatin ruins the texture of the cake, in my humble opinion and makes it more chewy/rubbery than it needs to be. I've seen other no-bake recipes which don't use gelatin and also don't use eggs and the cake seems to hold up just as well and still take the shape since the whipping cream helps it keep shape and doesn't compromise the texture. Please consider demonstrating a no-bake recipe which does not involve the use of gelatin. I'd love to see your spin on it. Other than that, I enjoy watching your channel and have for years. I also do enjoy the esthetic aspect of your recipes.

if you use enough whipping cream, you can skip the gelatin completely and the cake will still retain its shape. I agree; I dislike that she seems to include the use of gelatin in all of her "no bake" recipes. Not only does it smell, it also ruins the texture of the cheesecake, making it more chewy/rubbery which isn't an authentic cheesecake experience. I believe she uses gelatin because it assists with keeping that unnaturally "neat" appearance but it will come out just as neat without the gelatin from what I've observed. You can also look up "no-bake cheesecake no gelatin no eggs" and plenty of other recipes will show up. You won't use gelatin or eggs and yet your cheesecake will still retain its shape without having ever gone into the oven! Obviously you would still take the step of refrigerating it for several hours or freezing it if you prefer.

lol you should prob just not make the cake at all. gelatin literally is made from pig fat, and that's included in the recipe. So even if you didn't get "fat" from the candies, you'd still be consuming it anyway. That being said, cake is meant to be something you enjoy occaionally; it isn't necessarily for everyday consumption. If you've otherwise been managing your life when it comes to diet and exercise, treating yourself to ONE cheesecake isn't going to fatten you up lol. It would take way more than one single cheesecake for you to become noticeably fat or out of shape. That's more likely for someone who's careless and eats sweets on a daily basis. Other options would include making much smaller cheesecake using a smaller springform pan; mini-cheesecakes are a thing. I have some miniature springforms as well as regular sized ones. Consider trying one of those options instead. Otherwise, I'd leave it alone altogether if "health" is such a concern for you.
