I made this yesterday! Mine did not turn out as neat as hers 🤣 a side note if you are planning to make this: The number of crepes that can made by this recipe will not produce a cake that tall. Mine was about 1/2 the height of hers (my pan is about 6" diameter). Definitely double the recipe for the batter if you want a tall cake.

Just made crepes using 3 times the recipe! In a 18cm pan, it gave me 27 pieces of crepe. The browned butter makes all the difference in the smell and taste. Thanks for sharing!

when other chefs use their hands to take out the butter out of a container it makes me feel like the food isn't clean even though they washed their hands but the way hidamari handeled the butter at the beginning made me think the food would be clean

日曜日にミルクレープ作る予定なので参考になってとても嬉しいです。私が以前に作ったレシピは薄力粉だけで、パリッとした生地になりました。モチっとした生地にしたいので強力粉と混ぜて作ろうと考えているのですが、ひだまりさんのレシピは薄力粉だけなのにかなりモチっとしてますね。薄力粉と強力粉ミックスにするか、薄力粉だけで作るか迷っています。どちらがオススメですか？？
