there could be variation inspeedometer fluctuation while doing a burnout, depending if your your speedometer is reading from a GPS signal or the transmission, transfer case (in some 4wd vehicles).

The burnout speedometer thing is going to be dependent on where the wheel speed sensor is on the car and what wheel drive it is. So if the car is rear wheel drive and your speed sensor is the front wheels it won’t show on the speedometer

I always shoot the window before getting in. Especually if a tryhard is after me it makes very much difference between getting away or dying. Also repeatedly pressing both triggers help start the car faster too so yeah!

The speedometer doesn't go up in GT Sport because it measures the moving speed, not the wheel spin speed

The reason why the speedometer doesn’t change in other games is because it measures airspeed instead of wheel speed for improved racing info. GTA is more of a free roam game though so they can get away with more realistic features like that

The one about the burnout speed is bc in real life, there are cars that use the abs system sensors to detect how many times the wheels spin and some use gps ground speed, in Asetto Corsa, a realistic simulator, different cars do it differently

The car's engine temp is even more detailed. You can cool down burning engines (NPC cars only, personal cars will be shown as destroyed) and after that they wont burn again instantly I think (There are even more details). Btw the gauge is fully animated and works 100% even if your cooling down the engine. If you want to know more about that let me know.

No car speedometre works on tue actual speed of the tyres. Either drive shaft(mechanical) or magnetically modern. Doesnt matter wether its reae wheel or not.
