I have been unhappy in my marriage for a long time, but really unhappy since 2019- in the same year my body started having severe eczema, so bad I couldn’t work my face and lips were so swollen. I am still married and still have eczema the severity of which comes and goes. I was going to leave and then COVID hit and I didn’t want to stress my kids out even more, now my daughter is in her final year at school and I still don’t want to leave because it will stress her out even more. It’s also hard to have the confidence to make a move when you don’t look or feel good! Thanks so much for your videos.

The body keeps the score.... Ive experienced it and still experiencing it but atleast im aware of this and i am no longer available for many things anylonger its soooo freeing!! :)
