You are a ROCKSTAR! To be able to rationally think through and put in place all of your self-care plans, and recognize the bad days as just a blip on the radar after what you've been through is so incredible! Thank you so much for sharing :)

You are allowed to feel these (negative) feelings and to give yourself more space to deal with them! I think you are so amazing for pushing through and going to work! You are an inspiration to me. But don't forget: That doesn't mean you have to be perfect! You are an inspiration because you give yourself space and reminding yourself to do that. Thank you for your video and this look into your life when times are rough! Sending you calming brainwaves :P!

Love your videos so much. I am hitting that wall with decision overwhelm too - it helps me to write everything down & then literally roll dice to pick what to do next. If anything is time sensitive, I do that before rolling....otherwise on things like "put laundry away" or "order groceries" where it can be done anytime during the day, the dice thing is helping me so much.

Ally, that's such a great idea. Sometimes we genuinely just need a little relief with making the decisions - I love your take on it!!

Just found your channel, I recently was diagnosed with panic disorder and agoraphobia. I'm struggling to manage with it. I'm hoping your videos will help me but you seem so strong and I love your vibe ❤

Caroline - some days I am strong, some days I am not!! I am certainly no different from anybody else. You've got this, I promise you. Agoraphobia and panic can be such a difficult thing, but you can and you WILL get through - I am sending you all my love and support!

I think that’s amazing you are writing a book. My anxiety is also very high in the morning (used to be worse) and I have to try and control it all morning and I feel more calm in the evening. Sometimes I have no idea why I wake up with it. Thank you for being so raw and honest about mental health!

Thank you, Mel! I'm exactly the same - so much more calm in the evenings as opposed to the nervous wreck in the morning!

AnxietyMamma it’s very hard especially when friends and family don’t understand anxiety, I have to come on here and social media to connect with other and that does help. I hope work gets better for you. I understand since I haven’t been back to work in three months and told my boss I’m not ready to go back when she announced we were reopening due to my anxiety.

I hope you're feeling better still, Aubrey! Good on you for making that call.
