Dear Viewer, In Reassure 2.o your age will be locked until you claim. For example if you claimed at the age of 45years of age then next year your premium will be charged as per your next age slab at 46yrs. For more information about this kindly call us 18008900455

Great Explanation sir Why claim settlement Is less in this company 91% Is it due to mis-selling or purchasing without knowledge. I am planning to port to this as when I took TTK Cigna now Manipal Cigna but not great for long term now Never used since 2017 when purchased but now I am understanding that this is one of best But ckaim settlement 95% pahunch jaaye over time then it will be good for lifetime Robotic surgery they have not explained properly Is it just for Robotics instrument cost which usually 1-3 lakhs But whole surgery may be 10lakhs after stay in 5-7 days if bye chance ICU stay it may reach 50Lakhs Even agent is not able to explain He explained that they have settled onr Robotic surgery claim ,in that capping was for Robotics part of bill which was 1.3Lakhs so 30000 from pocket paid Rest Total expenses was 3 Lakhs plus ,so woth safeguard plus they don't havecto pay anything extra Kindly Reply if possible,will be helpful to lot of viewer I will try my own to reach company peopl on this or ask some Robotic Surgeon in due course of time

As in reassure 2.o, the insurer can opt any category of room while hospitalised, (may be deluxe or high end suit), accordingly the treatment expenses & doctors fee etc rise proportionately, what if the total bill including all expenses payable at discharge time exceed to its basic sum insured limit of Rs 10,000,00 in first year ? How it will be tackled. 2. How do we get prior intimation on total expenses to b incurred on disease and type of room to be chosen to fit our insured value. Thanks

In this case you can opt the Health Reacharge policy of Niva Bupa in this plan you will get the 90L sum insured amount in just nominal amount and in future if claim comes upto 1CR then first 10L would be debit from the Reassure and remaining would be debit from Health Reacharge so you need to pay any extra amount from your pocket

I was asked to fill the application for me and my family members but for one of them it displayed Rejected. There has been no response to my calls to know about my miney or policy. They don't have any working email for their CC. They keep saying that the application number is not valid, phone number not registered or server not working. I have raised complaints with the ombudsman and the irda. Is there anything else I can do to know the status of my application or get my refund?

biggest scam by insurance companies, irrespective of the sum insured - they give just 1 lakh for robotic surgeries! Recently my mother had planned a surgery and robotic surgery was the best option for her but seeing the sub-limit we had to go for laparoscopic instead! (since it was a expensive surgery) atleast give a % of the sum insured, like 50% for robotic surgeries!

Niva bupa Health insurance is a very worst company, at the time of insurance you promised a lot but once policy taken by us you forgot everything. Today our only 27000/-Rs (claim no 740577)claim is rejected by you, then how can we trust for further. Definitely we choose a wrong company. Our policy cover is Rs.21,00,000/- after that we have not received a small amount of claim .if we did not get help from you when we need then why we pay you. Definitely we have to port our policy to other company. I never allow my nearest and dearest to choose your company. You are cheater company

Subsumed in the sense, if there is claim for surgery and hospitals charge separately for items like assistant physician charges, surgical instruments, harmonic devices then these will not be paid by niva bupa. Only if we opt for safeguard+ rider, I see that all these will be covered. Safeguard rider cover annexure I only where as safeguard+ rider will cover all 3 annexures

If you want to Port the policy from star to niva then I would suggest you to migrate in Aspire plan in this plan you are getting all the Reassure 2.0 benefits and also 4 unique benifit you are getting Like Meternity benifit OPD benefits international coverage also there is no sub limit on Robotics surgery
