I have a rough country grill guard already installed on my f-150 and the mounts sit on top of the tow hooks, do you think I would be able to fit the grill guard mount and the winch mount while still keeping the tow hooks?

Honestly, that is a very good question! If I remember correctly, I reinstalled the factory tow hooks after I did the intercooler install. I later changed out the tow hooks for the red ones. So you should hopefully be able to retain the factory tow hooks for the bull bar, as well as the winch plate 😁

How easy is it to place the stock bumper back on , over , or around this winch attachment after it is all tightened down?

Honestly, it isn't that hard at all. The bumper installs just as easy with or without the winch plate in place.

Is the inter cooler in this 2018 in the same place as the 2016 xlt sport 4x4 3.5l eco boost? This vendor has told me that it is not available for my truck because of the placement of the inter cooler.

As far as I am aware, the intercooler placement should be similar, if not identical to the stock placement.

@@dmitryfarmer3662 but you seem to have modified you intercooler and tubing to move the cooler in order to use to mount.

@flyingskwerl-Outdoor_Adventure yes, I removed the factory intercooler placement from the front lower bumper, and relocated it up to the grill to make room for the winch. Doing this upgrade will remove the stock intercooler and replace it with an aftermarket, higher mounted one 😁

Did you Install the winch on the plate after the plate was installed ?

Yes. I did the plate first, then the winch. But if I were to do it again, I would mount the winch to the plate, then mount the plate.

Hi there, yeah! Its a RC winch mount. The RC website states it wont fit on ecoboost models, but it does fit. You just have to relocate the intercooler first.
