I like your haversack, about three weeks ago I bought one of those hidden woodsmen haversacks at the military surplus store for 10 bucks brand new still in the plastic, been using it a lot. It's really nice. I still get that brand new smell everytime I open it up, and for 10 bucks you can't beat it

Such a beautiful place over yonder. I traveled and camped the Pacific Northwest for some time in 2010. And I lived close to the BC / Alberta border. Rambled all over there too. Was a adventure of a lifetime. Always a pleasure seeing the scenery from out there. Great video and gear. Bear bad. Hidden woodman good 😆 Thanks for sharing ✌️

That looks pretty unpleasant. A backpack, despite the 90° heat seems more ergonomic. Nice gear, however.

Brian thanks but not unpleasant at all haha.

Your video brought back MANY, MANY memories of hiking and camping in the high Sierras especially the Kings Canyon/Sequoia National Forrest areas and surrounding areas! Always plenty of bears and some of the largest one's I've ever seen! Nice to see it's still there and as pristine as always!!! Let's hope and pray it's ALWAYS there for the younger generation to enjoy as much as it did mine!!! Thanks for the very informative video...looks like you too carry a FULL pack...still trying to par it down but hate to leave anything I 'might' need! ;>) Safe bushcrafting, hiking and camping to you and your's ALWAYS!

1. Who makes map pouch seen at 00:56? 2. Did you get your Mother Canteen Carrier custom made? Mine has extra buckles for the shoulder strap?? Great review, btw.
@AWatermansWoods6 жыл бұрын
Mr. Tangent - Lucky 1 2 Sutlery has their etsy store for the map case. Canteen carrier is not custom. the buckles are removable so I removed them.

Do you think the canteen pouch would fit a sawyer sqweeze mini and or a trangia alcohol stove?
@AWatermansWoods6 жыл бұрын
Christopher O'Dalaigh they would definatly fit. But I don't recommend the mini squeeze. It fails too easily.
