I see so many unwanted animals because people think it is cute and sweet to have puppies and kittens but then they want to get rid of them when they are no longer “cute”. As a Wild & Domestic Animal Rescuer I'm out there constantly seeing these animals that people want, especially when young their so cute but then can't afford or whatever and get rid of them. Its heartbreaking so Thank You from all of us rescuers for doing a very responsible thing, Spay/Neuter is so responsible and even healthier for the animal. But Kevin and Rachel too, you just ignore them! My point Exactly, because your right Kevin you can't guarantee who the Sire is, therefore yes.... probably some unwanted puppies. And IF you ever wanted to breed Cora and Leesky again, you'd have to wait for her to cycle many times before you could guarantee them pup's to be pure bred. So anyway, I think you did the right thing myself. Also, hope this helps to keep Cora home! If a female dog in heat comes around, he might want to escape to breed with her since Kora is fixed now. Either way, you all will always do what's best for your family and farm.
