went to gray hughes for the timeline. Ended up going thru some of his other videos. He made several observations but the one that has made me really wonder was RA said he ran into the 3 girls. Remember he changed the time he visited the park to an earlier time. The oldest girl, (actually were 4 girls total) contacted police about a man they saw on the path. At the same place RA said he saw the girls. The time she reported that she saw him was later, consistent with his first self-report to the police. She saw him. He saw them. He changed his time to not be bridge guy.

@@ElevateYourExistence8979 I have a degree in communications and journalism from back in 1991 and we were taught to share the facts. It's called the fact pyramid of journalism. Look it up. Today, there are very few true journalists. What you're talking about is color commentary and editorials. That is not why journalism came to be. Sadly, we don't have more people like her who share what is happening, not their version of why, how, etc. I also respect the fact that you don't agree with her style. My suggestion is that you watch what you like and take some time and learn the history of journalism and why it's important to have journalists who share the facts of what is being presented, not their feelings. Why do people think that psychosis lends itself to truth-telling? He began ‘confessing’ literally the day he was diagnosed w psychosis. The day before that he was eating his own feces. And his ‘confession’ was, ‘What if I did it?’ ‘I think I did it.’. I wouldn’t have made it 5 months in the same torture he was going through. I’d have lost my mind well before. There’s a reason Westville prison was successfully sued for 8th amendment violations & is being shut down. There’s a reason the DoC doesn’t allow even convicted prisoners to be in solitary confinement for longer than 30 days at a time. It’s literal torture. I have no hope in our justice system or the public anymore. This nation wants blood, not justice.

The confessions,the bullet,him placing himself at the scene during the first interview in 2017,wearing clothing matching "bridge guy",the witnesses saying yes the guy in Libby's video is the guy they saw on the trail, and lastly the white van he knew about driving on the private drive.....the only logical conclusion is that he killed them. Also I worked in Corrections for 22 years....and for anyone thinking the I.D.O.C. somehow had him make all those confessions.....that is just crazy in and of itself....and quite frankly disrespectful to all the fine Women and Men working there.

He confessed to many unrelated and verifiably false things. He was psychotic. The doctors had him on anti psychotic drugs. He was eating his own feces. He claimed to have killed his own grandchildren that don't exist. He was in solitary for 13 months with lights on 24/7, inmates screaming "baby killer" at him. He had his discovery. And he had been told by police that the cartridge was 100% matched to his gun. This is false. The science itself is controversial. Even if you believe it, the expert herself confirmed that other firearms could match the cartridge and she doesn't know how accurate her testing was. In fact, she cycled cartridges through his gun and couldn't get a match. She had to fire his weapon and compare a fired casing to an unspent cartridge to make it "match". You're right, the witnesses said they guy they saw was "bridge guy" but they didn't say bridge guy was Richard Allen. None of their descriptions match Richard Allen. The van would've driven by around 2:30, which is AFTER the last movement of the girls phone and prosecution believe they are gone when that phone stops moving, and the defense has hinted at having evidence that puts the van at the scene even later than the prosecution claim, but the prosecutions claim still doesn't fit with their own time line. No one believes they "made him" confess. They violated their own guidelines keeping him in solitary for more than 30 days and it is well known that this causes psychological issues, he already had a history of mental Illness, and that action put him into psychosis which made him confess to numerous verifiably false things.

He confesses to Kathy over and over and over again. He asks her "Will you still be there for me?" She says "Yes". He asks "Do what?" and she replies "This isn't right, they've messed you up so bad". "Will you always love me no matter what?" She replies "Yes, please stop talking". He is desperateley looking for reassurence that she'll be there for him, even after what he's done. She says "yes" but then, every time, she brushes his confessions off. That's why he keeps going, realising that she's saying "yes" in a rhetorical and hypothetical way to comfort him, and that she's not actually listening to him. She can say "yes" all day long but it doesn't mean anything when she refuses to accept his confessions. That's how we got to 60+ of them. This is what he wanted: "I did it, I killed them" and for her to reply "It's ok, I still love you". But he's not getting it. The fact that she says "you could never do that" only makes it worse. Cause that's the person she loves, the man who could never do something like that. And he knows that's not him.

The fact that he confesses to trekking the girls across the creek AFTER he halted his initial attack (when he saw the van) explains perfectly why the male DNA was too diluted to get a difinitive ID. It's so sad that this predator was trying so hard to confess, yet his wife was set in denial - wanting to save face & ashamed of how it'd make her look. And his lawyers of course had nothing to gain by allowing him to plea & confess like he was trying so hard to do! Kathy Allen, embarassed, & the fame hungry defense team, chasing a book embarrassed,? THAT is who "drove him crazy", if anyone. He was found NOT to be psychotic at time of confessions. Also, he recieved special treatment in that prison, not torture. He was spoiled & given more attention than any inmate in the entire center. Duh. Thank you Lauren for absolutely busting a**. You're an inspiration to work hard & to fight to get the word out! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Richard Allen was not in solitary confinement, he was given a TV, tablet, rec time, and psychological help daily, 700+ phone calls. His behavior was awful, breaking his tablet, threatening police, pooping everywhere (imagine being the one to clean that cell) disobeying law enforcement to the point of being tased. He was not tortured, this isn't a third-world country, his fingers and toes are there, his nails are there, he wasn't waterlogged, and he was treated above and beyond while in prison. People's actions have consequences. Stop blaming the victim's families, they are innocent and their alibies checked out, the shirt Abby had on was Libby's sister's. Richard Allen fans: STOP WITH THE NONSENSE!!! Just stop. They are not framing RA. If they wanted to do that they would have just planted his DNA. So, there's that!

He’s desperate to hear her say she’ll still love him even if he’s the killer and not getting that would make him think continuing to confess would cause him to lose Kathy. Then theres another group who say he wasn't treated badly, he was exaggerating his mental health problems, his confessions are valid and he is guilty. The two arent mutually exclusive. He could have been treated badly, his mental health affected , his confessions a mixture of true and false and also guilty .
@PsychActually
@PsychActually 2 ай бұрын
Exactly! I think people who are “broken down” psychologically sometimes make false confessions. But being broken down also leads people to make true confessions! There’s a reason why they try to break people down in interrogations. Because the more psychologically distressed the person gets the more likely they are to confess. It just so happens that sometimes those confessions are false…but that doesn’t negate that a broken down psychologically state also leads to far more true confessions than false confessions.

Hm, that’s interesting. I assumed his comment about keeping his family alive was nonsense and I wasn’t thinking family annihilator ideation… I dunno, I mean family annihilators seem to have certain triggers and there hasn’t been any testimony or info to come out that sounds like those triggers to me. He was working on a new certification for a new job he started the next year at CVS. He and his wife have stayed together so it seems he didn’t want to leave her or her leave him. And we haven’t heard anything about their personal finances being a problem. 🤷‍♀️ With a lack of any knowledge/info of family annihilator triggers going on (and that he didn’t end up killing his family on the 5 years or so after the crime), it seems more likely to me that he was just saying random stuff that doesn’t make sense because of the mental stress he was under. That does NOT mean that he didn’t kill the girls. It just means he was under mental stress and probably said some stuff that didn’t make sense.

@@maxinejsf2693 not that he went to kill them. But something happened that morning. He told interviewing cop he went for the bridge because he didn’t want to do the lunch thing. When he confessed to psychiatrist he said he was with his parents that morning….then they wanted to go to lunch. He decided to go take a walk on ttt get e bridge instead This means something.

It is interesting that the wife and mother would not let him talk to the stepfather. Maybe then he would have made a full confession without the fear of rejection. Thanks for your realistic and honest reporting.

Agree. I think a man might have handled the conversation much differently, perhaps not ‘babying’ RA and asking more questions.
