rip zen, closest thing i've had to that sort of thing was back before i changed the crouch key in minecraft from shift to control because if you pressed shift a few too many times you get sticky keys'd (game pauses itself and you had to close the sticky keys box) and hear a horribly high pitched sound :(

... I just disabled sticky keys. I forget how (it was years ago at this point), but you should be able to find an explanation of how to do so online. Actually, taking a look online, If you have windows, it _should_ be in Settings, under Accessibility > Keyboard > Sticky Keys... There should be an option to disable the 'press shift five times' shortcut.
