Hi! You should avoid using skincare with active ingredients such as retinol and vitamin C after HIFU. Skin is usually back to normal after about a week. And I would recommend you start at a lower concentration ie. mix moisturiser with retinol and Vitamin C.

hi! thanks for this video. i would just like to ask for an advice because i just had a hifu treatment yesterday and it was extremely painful, the doctor said it was set to max the effect since i have a rounded face. now my face is so swollen, i mean puffer fish swollen type. may i please know if is this normal? i asked the clinic and they said this is just normal and should go away after a few days.
