I can't say for sure about the border with Tajikistan and China but until a few years ago border with Pakistan didn't exist, millions originating from Afghanistan live in Pakistan actually many people from Afghanistan claim that their Kirghiz came to Afghanistan to escape the Soviets. A much bigger problem is migrating to a land already claimed by another community, in the past this wasn't that big of a problem as the population was lower and you could simply go to war and Indeed the Kyrgyz raided northern Pakistan in the past. Now unless they abandon their lifestyle they cannot live in another place. Even nomads within a country are facing problems continuing their lifestyles especially in an ever-changing world.

Pakistan is an official or historical state, half of its territory is part of Afghanistan, and the Pashtun and Baluch As for the second part of Pakistan, it is part of India, and the Punjabis and Sindhis are also originally Indians people are also Afghans

Yes, they are not stupid and not Barbarians. They just have a nomadic lifestyle. Kyrgyzstan resettled half of these people to Kyrgyzstan and built houses and made all the conditions. And they received their education from us. In the future, we will take them completely to Kyrgyzstan.
