Yes, many agencies showed that residence in their videos. Nice complex. The main question is sound proof of walls , Turkey known for poor noise proof walls. Interesting how this builder solves that problem. Also there is no gas in buildings. Hopefully one day soon, Alanya will have gas pipes there. Then how builder plans to connect it to apartments if ever? Or is it prewired for that in future?

Hi Vega, thank you for your feedback. This developer is known for its attention to details and of course quality construction and has used several layers of insulation to increase sound proof. Alanya currently does not have central gas system and we have not heard so far of any plans to bring it anytime soon. Should that happen in the future, we are absolutely certain that the system will be implemented without any problem. @@CapitolEstate I watch many bloggers that got properties in Alaniya and all say it’s cold right now there without gas, plus cooking with gas tanks inside kitchen always has a potential for accidents, they also have to buy gas regularly to be able to cook and wait for deliveries. And it’s known in Turkey delivery very seldom on time. They say they will come in an hour but it can take whole day😀 Also this complex other agencies were showing when it was only building. I saw those walls😀 they thin. Yes show rooms nice, good view outside BUT when it come to purchasing those properties you have to decide if you willing to live with those cons🙂 but in US they build the same . Walls are thin and if neighbours cough in one end of the building others hear it on another end😂
