@@ogana_MThe poor guy is only following the stupid "orders from above", which says what his morals and intelligence are like. I 2027 he may be vying for President and many here will be saying he is a "Mtu Wetu" from Western! Fred Matiangi disobeyed numerous court orders and look at Kenyans pushing him to vie for Presidency. The presidency is being viewed by us Wananchi as a very cheap office. Mustn't we scrutinize and changia not on the cheap basis of tribe, but on 100%+ integrity? Or is it the size of the stomach that we look at?? I would vote Morara for example instead but the good man is not even interested in power for the sake of power!! We must be guided by newer standards of personal integrity; not those ancient standards of the irrelevant and damaging factor of Tribe! The importance of the Presidency office is not in the league of the regional Council of Elders wearing columbus money gown and holding a cows tail flywhisk. It determines whether or not you will have a Job, any financial support from public funds, such as is these days allovated to those with share titles like First, 2nd, third, 10th, governor's MCA's wife or spouse and related prodigal waste of public funds generated from our taxes etc. Mtu wetu, Mtu wa Nyumba etc. considerations will always have serious damaging consequencies if that is the only reason to elect candidates to public office.

That past has more dictatorial regimes falling down than courts making unfair judgements. The 3K government (Kupanga, Kutenga na Kupora) is in a state of civil was in its ranks. They have more time to fight among themselves and forming bload based governments than ensuring the rule of the law prevails. Leave the courts to do their job.
