Finnish brutality is kind of neat but isn't associated with InRangeTV and likely shouldn't keep using the name Brutality for their match anymore. Also the fact that they allow/invite folk who aren't very positive voices within the gun community is another reason that a number of folk opt to skip that event.

Yeah, just a light coating of CLP, but I was worried about that. Someone else suggested keeping an empty mag in the pistol, which almost certainly would have saved me the trouble. Noted for next time.

Great video, just wish it was someone else setting up this match. Karl is okay, but i feel like his ego gets the best of him at times and he comes off as pretty pretentious and it's hard to support him for it. But i'm thankful at least that it was a welcoming event.

What ambi mag catch were you using? Was it the Norgon clone from KE Arms? I've never had an issue with the Troy ambi mag catch, which I think is used by some European militaries, as is the genuine Norgon article.

The standard that KE Arms includes. I'm going to install a Geissele standard mag catch and see if that resolves it.

@@TacticoolGirlfriend Like I said, never had any problems with the Troy. KE wants to use all or as much KE parts for the WWSD as they can, in order to ensure parts availability, but they may not be the best ambi mag catch manufacturer.

@@JeffNeelzebubI talked with TCGF about this but I think the paint build up is causing drag on her mag catch seating. Or it could be plastic flash. Either can be remedied with some sand paper or razor work. You can go through my videos for the past 3 years on my channel and I’ve been using the KE Ambi catches exclusively. That said I’ve seen enough weirdness with right handed people and Ambi mag catches over the past couple years, that I think most would be better off without them. This includes accidentally activating it rather than the bolt catch. If right handed people are having issues with an Ambi mag catch they really don’t use, the easiest solution is to install a standard mag catch.
