My favorite position for BJJ! I do a modified version with my arm under my opponent’s far arm instead of around the neck/head.
@ItsTheJits_2 жыл бұрын
Try the neck/head position. You get good at it you’ll never wanna go back lol.

Wrapping the head will allow you to apply much more pressure, but is generally discouraged in BJJ as people don't take the time to develop the position and end up getting their back taken again and again. I like to wrap the head and grab my own thigh, this prevents the backtake and allows heavy pressure to cook him before you start working subs

Arm and head trapped under under your arm grabbing your thigh is disgustingly tight

Спасибо за полезный обзор, сэр! На своем опыте я скажу что нужно плотно прижаться к сопернику иначе он своими ногами будет цеплять вас за голову и свалит вас прежде чем вы успеете завернуть его руку на болевой прием👍🏼💯

If you like this position here are a few more tricks you may like to add to your arsenal brother 🙂 Not nearly as cool as Stephan's but they work pretty decent! kzbin.info/www/bejne/j33LgYyKoqx_mtk

Try shifting your weight a little further out from him. Your hips shouldn't be right against his body
