One of my favorite ways to up my protein game first thing in the morning! These are so good and fluffy you wouldn’t even know they’re healthy!

-1/2 cup @good_culture cottage cheese
-2 @peteandgerrys eggs
-1/4 cup milk
-1/2 cup pumpkin puree
-1 tbsp maple syrup
-1 cup flour
-1 1/2 tsp baking powder
-1tsp cinnamon
How to:
Start by adding your blended cottage cheese, eggs, milk, pumpkin puree and vanilla to a bowl. Mix until completely combined .
In a separate bowl add your flour, cinnamon and baking powder. Add your flour mix to your wet mix and fold to combine.
Heat up a skillet on medium low heat and add your batter. Flip once you see bubbles start to form on the surface.
Serve with maple syrup and enjoy!!
