1. Roasted daliya-1/2 cup
2. Moong chilka dal -1/4 cup
3. Grated carrot-1/4 cup
4. Chopped cucumber
5. Grated beetroot -1/4 cup
6.Fresh coconut -2 tbsp.
7. Lemon juice -1 tsp
8. Salt -1 to 1.5tsp.
9. Coriander leaves -1/2 cup
10. Peanuts-2 tbsp
11. Pomograted -1/4 cup
12. Seedless tomato -1-2
Tadka preparation -
1. Oil -2 tbsp
2. Urad dal -1 tsp.
3. Mustard seeds -1 tsp
3. Curry leaves-8-10
