I saved this video to my playlist, I put the thumbnail as my computer wallpaper to remind me to watch this video every day and stay on the goal (I'm easily side track and forget things). I went nearly 2 years, I gained 10 pounds in those 2 years. I went from 106 to 116. Very very little weight gain with so much effort, so much food (all of it protein). I followed this advice and in 4 months I went from 116 pounds to 142. This is some serious fucking epic shit bruv. You changed my life it's safe to say.

@mikemendillo55846 жыл бұрын
SpasmFingers Just mix it up a little, have your carbs in the morning (fruit),,, at lunch, make it an option, a steak sandwich, or salad or even more fruit if you want, dinner, have your steak and be sure to have your vegetables, two different ones if you can, I am big on broccoli, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts, so I take the time to steam them all the same day, then put them in sealed containers in the fridge for the whole week, I do the same with a dozen eggs. It works out good ! If you are not going into a competition or anything serious, you don't need to follow a diet etched in stone, just workout hard, try to walk everyday and you will never have to worry about getting fat, we are all adults and know what foods are good for you, and which are bad, just use a little common sense ! There's way too many people who are trying to mimic the professionals here on KZbin, these guys are basically from another planet compared to us regular guys, who want little more than wanting to get stronger and look good. Best of luck my friend, don't be afraid of mixing it up a little. ✌😆

Alex, what are your thoughts on having a bit of gyno as a 19 year old? Im around 13-15% bodyfat (I look good under a good lighting as I have quite a bit of muscle mass) and I have what you call "puffy nipples" where there is a mixture of fat and gland tissue (I think) underneath my nipple area. I have had this forever man, people say its because of puberty and it will go away on its own but there's no signs of it going away or reducing atleast. I think its called lipomastia or something but it's really bringing my self confidence down and its ruining the look of my physique. Plus I can't afford surgery. It looks "normal" when Im super cold or under warm water but when its normal conditions, it looks all fucked and you can even see it through shirts. Btw, Im all natural, never ever touched drugs in my life. I also suffered from acne aswell. I have alot of testosterone naturally and oily skin naturally. I have fixed the acne problem with my dermotologist but the gyno is still there man. Is it fat? Will it go away by my eary-mid 20's or do I have to get surgery? Or will it go away when I get really lean (like 10% or below bodyfat?) Please help me man. If you could answer this in detail in a video it'd be great as alot of people have the same problem.

I’ve watched a couple of vids and I like how informative you are but.....and man I hate saying this.....it’s hard to take you seriously when you.....don’t look that big. I mean, you’re in shape, yeah. Anyway. I probably look like a “hater”. That wasn’t my intent. Just a thought that cake to mind.
