I usually mix 50 grams of soya chunks with 100 grams of Rajma which is easily 50 grams of protein.

@@lalithkumar5438 Just toss it inside a pressure cooker and wait for 7-8 whistles. You can make whatever you want after that.

@@nonexistent944 true but I don’t like it’s taste even it’s hard for my digestion I actually take soaked khabul chena , groundnuts , brown chana + 2boiled eggs it works like natural viagra to me

@@lalithkumar5438 I also hated its taste at first but i finally learnt how to make it taste better. The spices you add makes alot of difference. What's good about this meal is that with just the addition of white rice on this, you get the complete amino profile on a vegan meal.

If you have problem in digestion raw sprouts boil them and eat. Boiled sprouts tastes good compared to raw.
