Would be of great help if you could make a full day diet plan for office going adult as well, who mostly can manage 3 main meals plus pre workout and snacks as per their schedule.

Meal 1: Handful of walnuts and almonds. Meal 2: oats cooked in water + boiled chickpeas garnished with tomatoes, onions etc. Meal 3: 250 gm seasonal fruit with a spoon of almond oil. Meal 4: lunch 250gm white rice with veggies ( broccoli, beans, peas) + 200gm paneer + cucumber Meal 5: (pre workout) 200gm boiled potato+ bhuna channa Pre work drink + 1 glass beet root juice before workout post workout) Meal 6: (post workout) 2 bananas + 1 scoop whey Meal 7: dinner 60 gm moong daal (chilka wali) + roti + cucumber + half lemon Meal 8: before bed Cup of hot milk with cinnamon

Din bhar khane ka hi kaam h . Aur kam nhi h zindagi m.. 3-4 meal to fr bhi doable.. 8 doesn't make sense

Aur tabtak toh chintu ka baccha chintu jitna ho jayega vo gym jane lagega. So be practical in real life condition, Don't be oversmart by your motivational speech against anyone. Please🙏. Kyuki me khud ek bohot accha middle man hu toh me a sab dubidha samajhta hoon.
