I came down from Stevens Camp to Soldier Meadows via High Rock Canyon about 30 years ago. Doesn't look like much has changed since then! Great place for Chukar and Grouse hunting - at least it was back then. There used to be a section they blocked off because you could still see the wagon wheel ruts in some of the softer rock formations. The pioneer grafitti was very cool also. Nice video.

MEGA THANKS to Mike and Harry for help recovering my truck - Total damage: Steering rack, upper and lower control arms, spindle, two flat tires and a 14 hour round trip from Reno to High Rock canyon with my buds.
