This is why we need universal healthcare, so we can insure that people that these people live comfortable lives and everything is provided for them to be as happy as they can be at no cost to them. I would gladly pay more taxes, more than I already do. I pay over 50K a year in taxes.

Careful what you wish for. Here in Canada our universal health care sucks up over 1/3rd of all taxes collected. You'd think the quality of the health care would reflect the money pumped into it but it doesn't. And, it's getting worse.
