Would still take me some weeks to get songs down. But complexity isn't really a sign of skill. Well it could be but Isn't the only way. It might depend on the song but to me every song has its own quirks to work out. Part of the reason of why I like playing and practicing is because I'm figuring out how to handle those quirks in my own way. this guy knows what he's doing, I hate seeing kids do guitar performances at there schools and only doing one song and having no stage performance, but his guy knows what he is doing he has the rocker stance, plays highly reconisable songs, and play different genres and eras so everyone knows most the songs he is playing. 10/10

Brendan Jones sorry if i’m wrong here, but some notes were very off beat.
@brendan.plays.guitar4 жыл бұрын
You’re good dude. I can see where you’re coming from and I’m thinking you may be referring to the crowd clapping. I wasn’t paying much attention to them and was just focusing on myself playing since it was just me. Each of the songs I played had their own tempo and whenever I switched songs while the crowd was clapping, it threw everyone off how fast they were clapping, so that’s why it sounds off beat with the crowd. In simpler terms, I was just playing to my own beat since, to me, there wasn’t really one. I’m not sure if I misinterpreted what you’re saying but I hope what I explained helped you understand why there’s not one tempo throughout the performance.
