I am happy every time watching this movie. Causing tears to burst with joy And thinking about the atmosphere in the old days when he was a child and famous rock music

This is just a documentary if Jack black was hypothetically a teacher.

What's amazing is how Mr. S is able to work with these kids - Zack has never played electric guitar, Lawrence has only played the piano, Katie only the cello and the drummer merely percussion. Yet he improvises and, damn, if it doesn't work.

This movie came out when I was in middle school. It inspired me to pickup electric guitar. I’m now 30.. I still play every day.. some shows now and then. my life has revolved around music since I was a child. Because of this movie.

Jack Black has many talents, but he surely has the hardest working eyebrows in show business.

The single greatest scene of my growing up years. Now that i think about it, this opened me up to so much music!

Musically this scene is very brilliant. The way he connects with kids through music. Playing deep purple-smoke on the water, especially with the comedic solo from jack black. The kids discovering music in a different way..brilliant scene.

Вот какие должны быть фильмы. Благодаря этому шедевру я пошел учиться в музыкальную школу, а не стал убивать, употреблять и быть быдлом. Спасибо🎉

You are likely young and unaware where he references this from...there was an old ad for the Yellow Pages (back when phone books were 10 inches thick and in existence) that sang "Let your fingers do the walking through the yellow pages."

This movie is a part of my top five favorite movies of all time its one of the few movies I can watch over and over and over again and never get bored of it. I also credit School Of Rock for introducing me to rock and metal music and I credit School Of Rock for my taste in music and the way I play my guitar aswell. Thanks to Jack Black for this movie it was such a huge part of my childhood I still remember going to see it in 2003 at the cinema in Studio 2 at the Omniplex (now IMC) Cinema in Enniskillen I would have been 7 at the time and I'm 28 now and I'll always remember that day until the day I die 🤘 😊 🤘
