Point is, the fee, when small, is ignored in the price, and the business just averages out for all means of payment. Nick has played so bad in this last half of the match. He can’t seem to adjust his play when needed and continues to bluff and call in horrible spots. Against the person known for slow playing a lot no less. And he keeps calling Hellmuth when he shows strength. He just assumes he is bluffing every time which is absurd given Phil’s reputation. Nick has to learn how to fold but he just can’t help himself. I’m sure he will look back on his play and cringe. He was certainly entertaining that first half though. - To Nick’s credit, he finally adjusted at the end. A little too late though and ultimately lost in a cooler.
