There is nothing like fishing with your Dad or a loved one I lost my Dad 3 yrs ago and my brother and sister 4 yrs ago and I here to tell you we loved 2 fish and believe u me those were the greatest fishing trips by far keep up the good work and I am waiting on your fishing trip with your skiff blessings to you and your family

I really enjoy fishing with my Dad. I wish we could do it more often. He had me fishing for Bass, Trout, and Catfish at a really young age and I never stopped! The skiff is getting close. I painted the hull and flipped it last week. Now I need to paint the topside, get my deck mat installed and find a trailer!

Yes sir! The area is called Lighthouse Lakes paddling trails. It's a huge system with shallow water, oysters, and mangroves.

Wow way to go! Looks like a fun day. How many miles total did u have to paddle? I'll be kayak fishing down there in September, can't wait.

It was a fun day! On that trip we paddled a little over 2 miles total. The nice thing about Lighthouse Lakes is that you are in fishable water right after you launch the kayak. So that was 2 miles of fishing. Good luck in September!
