Well they never said anyones specific financial details other than they need to go to the tuition office some kids parents pay for everything plus in 90s rarely everyone walked around with a cellphone so this is the only way to get ahold of students to pay there bills

Only problem with that it will raise taxes. If you think inflation now is bad, wait till college education is free. Then if college education is free, since the government is paying for it, then government gets to decide what should be taught and what major you should take. In my opinion, college is overrated. College doesn't always guarantee you a job. Some jobs that people got a degree in, now those jobs are being phased out. Society promotes college education way too much. Some of these colleges got a bunch of bogus ass courses. Many years ago when I went to night school, we were essential coming there to watch TV. Students began coming to class in their pajamas, because they didn't take it serious. I remember a human sexuality course I took, was basically a class about porn. Had this one teacher who was a grade A bitch, only teacher who ever gave me nightmares. I gotta give her credit though, she told me to my face, that I wasn't college material and that I should drop out, and probably go to a trade school or certification program. My dumb ass at the time, thought she was probably racist (and maybe she was) because I'm black. Plus my mother was so gung ho about her kids getting a college education. All my siblings and my cousins went to college. But school was never my thing. So I only went to college to really please my mom. I flunked out of college and found work outside my major. Most of my classmates in my major, which was social work, many of them left that field because it doesn't pay for shit. Some went back to college to enroll in another major. I worked like an asshole in retail and warehouse. Saved up my money and invested in some stocks. Cashed out some of the stocks and then brought it to a financial advisor to invest for me. A friend of mine, who is a general contractor asked me to partner with him in a business. Which turned out to be one of the best decisions that I ever made in my life. I almost make enough to sit home and do nothing. However, I work a part time just to keep busy. I also make more then that college professor who had a PhD, who told me to drop out of school. If you want to become a nurse, doctor, dentist, engineer, pharmacist, lawyer, teacher, criminal justice, yeah college is for you. If you want to take philosophy, sociology, anthropology, social work, you might want to think twice and don't cry if you don't get the results you expect. There are a lot of trade schools and certification programs that are more beneficial then colleges/universities for some people.

The Catholic school(St Augustine) I attended from 1st grade to 5th grade use to withhold reports card if tuition wasn't paid and our teachers called us out stating "your parents haven't paid yet." Ps Across California, vaccinations are now readily available. On July 27, 2021, CSU announced that it will require faculty, staff and students who are accessing campus facilities at any university location to be immunized against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.I attend a CSU via online and still had to 3 covid shots. The first one was Understandable.... Pps Much Gratitude for sharing this scene.
