When you crossed your fingers because you knew the drop was coming I couldn’t help but think “you have no idea how hard this is going to hit you”. 😂 Higher is easily one of my favorites. The drums (naturally), the chorus is so catchy and pretty, but my god that drop. It’s so heavy and dirty and stompy. Makes you want to run head first through a brick wall.

Once it didn't drop where I thought it would I knew it was going to be big. They used that space to build up tension... then... BOOOM!!! Beautiful release! It was awesome!

Just watched through every one of your sleep token reactions - you’ve got such an interesting way of engaging with the music both in the videos with the bubbles edited in and where you pause and talk. I like that you do both because your longer talks are great too! Can’t wait to see what’s next (maybe Aqua Regia or Chokehold?)

Higher, to me, is their heaviest breakdown. Almost sounds like pots and pans clashing around at the end, but in the best way 😂 can't wait for the Drumeo vid!

I do enjoy this style of reacting where you have the text bubbles to explain what you are experiencing. I hope it helps free you up to immerce yourself more fully knowing if you don't say much during the music, you can add those afterwards. Looking forward to the drumeo video. These short stops before that video has the hype train moving!

Subscribed because you're obviously a composer yourself and it's abundantly clear to me as a musician myself that you have a deep understanding of theory, technique, and composition in general. Plus I freaking love Sleep Token. I absolutely love your conversation bubble edits as you let us know what exactly you're thinking in that moment without pausing the track. Keep it up! You deserve way more subs.
