I agree... I would love to see a lane comparison. Also, will there ever be wow factor wipes? That would be good for lane side cleaning.

I would love to see this reaction down the lane. Going to these finer grits could really open up some new opportunities when it comes to drilling options of high end bowling balls.

I would definitely like to see a before and after effect on the lanes.. we see the difference but what it does on the lane would educate more.

Hi Ron, I'm a huge car guy and have been testing out different polishes and other products on a couple balls I own. I've noticed that Meguiar's products have typically given me the best results - maybe try their Ultimate Compound (color/clarity restorer) against this?

@@TheBlueBunnyKen I have been trying to comment and it keeps removing them... The compound SDS I looked up on their website for this particular product looks mostly harmless. Some emulsifiers and a small amount of solvents. It can be looked up on their website since KZbin keeps deleting my comments. I apologize for KZbin being unhelpful in higher learning.

@@TheBlueBunnyKen KZbin makes it pretty hard for people to actually do any research - can't spoon feed you. They are pretty easy to find and this particular product and ingredients aren't on either list. Have you even attempted to look at the approved and non approved lists, constable ken?

can you explain the differences in what grit your ball starts at. from the factory it is 6,000 but they started at 500, then 1000, then polish. Where as you started from 2000 and went up from there. Does the grit you start from effect performance or does only the surface you end matter? Would interested in a Head to head comparison between using the factory method vs the one you did in this video.

Couple of questions... 1. I thought Dustin said that with the pads we should be going down and up once on each side...you're going up and down several times. Force of habit? or should we be making several passes with the TruCut pads? 2. can the stabilipad be used with the glove?
@Ctdbowling
@Ctdbowling 2 жыл бұрын
With us trying to achieve a high shine more passes is helpful. If you are just reapplying the surface. One time is sufficient. Yes you can. Use the Stabilipad with the mitt.

can this get to 6500 grit by hand or do you have to use a spinner. i know the 5000D pad is variable based on that.

Ron I don’t know if you get this question lot but is there a way that you can put a bowling ball a scale (say 15lb) then put pressure on the ball pretending that your sanding on top of the ball with your pad on a ball spinner and see exactly how much your actually applying on bowling ball. Lets say scale say 15lb then it’s reaching 35lb when apply pressure meaning you’re putting 20lbs pressure. I feel like I put way too much pressure when I do mine. A short 60 second video would be awesome and very useful and beneficial.
